For the “Work Faster, Connect Better, and Convert More” Collection, the full process takes 14-16 weeks to complete. Just imagine - after we complete this project, you’ll have a cohesively branded client experience that serves, sells, and saves—serves you and your clients better, sells more bookings by connecting the right way, and saves you time and admin overwhelm. 

When you start to map out your workflows, you’ll realize that at the root, they’re really just your client experience...and your client experience IS your brand. Your brand is every touchpoint you have with your client...every thing of “you” that they encounter. 

I’ve had to map out and brand my own workflows in my business to better serve my clients and better serve myself and my family, and I’m passionate about helping my clients not just build pretty websites and branding BUT build complete branded client experiences.
Most of my clients choose me because I take a deeper, more strategic approach to branding. And they prefer that I’m truly helping them serve their clients and grow their business while helping them gain back their time and home lives.

4. Why should I choose Ally B over another designer?

I build your website on ShowIt or WordPress with ProPhoto. Both ShowIt and WordPress are mobile-friendly, user-friendly, and extremely responsive.

3. For the website, what website platform do you build on?

Since this package is a wham-bam complete overhaul ( which is a longer process), I allow you to split your payment into three parts. This looks like: a retainer at booking, second payment due before we begin the branding process, and third payment due before the design of the website. Each payment will essentially occur a month apart.

5. Do you offer payment plans? 

6. If I need to make any updates to my website in the future, will I need to hire you again? 

Once your project is finished, you’ll receive a personalized training video to guide you through updating and maintaining your website. You’ll have complete access to your website and files, so anyone can update your site. You can also hire me if you’d like, as I do offer quarterly maintenance packages. 

7. How will we communicate throughout the process? 

Because every one of my clients has a different work-life situation and I like to really chew on and process ideas and questions, communication will be brainstormed and chatted out via useloom.com. These quick videos and screen shares allow us to do everything we would do on a call, but better!

This gives me time to provide thoughtful strategy and have time to think before responding for a best case scenario. It also allows easier communication instead of trying to work around schedules. Plus, you have flexible time to think and process, too.
