I get super excited for every client launch but I especially loved this wedding photography website project I worked on.

Aubryn from Wild Ember Photography is a sweet soul from the south and I loved every bit of working with her. She’s a super talented photographer and you can see that from her work.

I couldn’t wait to help her showcase that in the best way possible through her brand and website.

When she came to me, she had upped her exposure and was on people’s radars! The business was coming in, yet her current website was something she’d thrown together herself, and it was the bare minimum.

With more people coming to her website, she wanted to make sure it was doing the heavy lifting of selling to the right clients. And with more people hearing her name, she wanted to make sure her brand was something to remember.

She wanted something that was strategic and cohesive and ensured she looked like the legit photographer and businesswoman she is.

The professional rebrand package that I put together for Aubryn included the works:

  1. The Brand Foundation and Brand Identity Design
  2. Pricing Guide for New Inquiries
  3. Brand Stationery
  4. Custom ShowIt Wedding Photography Website

Step 01. The Brand Foundation and Brand Identity Design

When I read through the brand foundation questionnaire from Aubryn, I couldn’t wait to get started. In fact, I may have even eeked! with excitement.

She wanted to be known for adventurous elopements, micro weddings that are tasteful, and boudoir photoshoots that are sexy yet understated.

Some of her adjectives were: warmth, depth, vibrance, and light.

For her brand’s color palette, we used the following colors: pine, forest, sage, nutmeg, wheat, and cotton.

This helped achieve both a warm and light aesthetic.

Step 02. Marketing Materials and Brand Collateral

The next phase of Aubryn’s project was creating her brand collateral. She wanted to carry her branding through her printed and marketing materials.

We designed business cards, note cards, and an investment guide that she can email to potential clients. This gives potential clients more touchpoints and helps her stand out in their minds.

By having branded notecards, she can write a sweet welcome or thank you note to clients and demonstrate that she pays attention to every detail and will absolutely do the same with their photos.

We carried her brand through a pricing guide that was designed in Canva so she will be able to make updates as her business grows and evolves, yet stay cohesively branding and well put together when replying to potential client inquiries.

Step 03. Custom ShowIt Wedding Photography Website

To wrap up Aubryn’s project, we then designed her wedding photography website, which is one of the things we’re always most excited about!

Aubryn told us that if she’s not expressing herself creatively, then she’s just not happy period, so we knew her website had to truly showcase her creativity and inspire her every time she visited it, too.

She’s always down for an adventure, so we had to carry that essence through the website design.

At the end of the wedding photography website project, Aubryn had this to say about working with us:

“Before I hired Ally B Designs, I was lost and completely overwhelmed with where to start. I knew I wanted a professional to help me build my brand and also my website. I needed it done right and by someone that knew what they were doing. Ally absolutely did all that and more.

Omg, the amount of professionalism and overall appeal of my new site and branding has brought in so much more revenue and more of my dream clients.

I felt like she truly understood what I was looking for, and the finished product felt every bit of myself and more.” – Aubryn
